Countries we ship to
We currently ship to the UK and specific countries in Europe and America. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see whether we ship to your location. If you're unable to checkout due to your location or if you'd like us to ship to an address outside the countries we currently ship to, please contact us.
Free Shipping (UK only)
- For orders £100 or above in total value, we provide free shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Orders which qualify for free shipping will be posted using our UK Next Day delivery service (see below for more details on this service).
- Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an e-mail notification from us at the e-mail address you used to place the order.
UK Standard
- Delivery is within 5 working days* from the moment you place your order.
- Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you’re not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
- Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an e-mail notification from us at the e-mail address you used to place the order.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. 365Jewels cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
UK Next Day
- Delivery is on the next working day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 2pm (Monday-Friday). *
- Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.
- Delivery is fully tracked.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you’re not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

International Shipping
- We provide standard international shipping to the countries we currently deliver to.
- We aim for parcels shipped internationally to arrive within 10 business days* from the moment you place your order.
- Tracking is available on some standard shipping services.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
- Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
- Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
- Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
- In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
- 365Jewels has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
